    Maximum no. of HSRP Groups = 16
    Maximum no. of Layer 3 devices in a single HSRP group = 16
    Total no. of Layer 3 devices = 16 X 16 = 256

    Recommended maximum no. of Layer 3 devices, in total is not 256, it is 64.
