SCENARIO

We have two routers connected as edge devices on a location.

Inside the LAN, under these two routers, there is a huge Layer 2 network with number of VLAN’s.

HSRP is implemented on these routers, to balance traffic of different VLAN’s coming from the LAN side, exiting towards outside the location.

Router 1 is active for subnets belonging to sub-interfaces

Gi0/1.126, Gi0/1.201, Gi0/1.202
