sir m a very big fan of urs and a networking enthusiast(amatuer). I read all ur comments and posts on fb and here also. U r really doing a great service to the society by spreading knowledge. Plz let know about places/companies where they do hire freshers for networking in delhi… Everywhere i go they ask for joining in tech support…

Firstly .. Thanks Riyaz .. for nice comments.
Yes I agree .. for a fresher .. its very rare to enter into core network profile.
Companies require at least 6 months of experience in any ISP or Tech Support or similar to that.
My suggestion is to start somewhere .. get 6 to 8 months of experience .. then apply for Core Network Profile .. In this duration .. try to learn as maximum as possible.
This is what normally followed in most of the companies ..
Lots of wishes from my side .. !!!!!

Hi Bhavesh,
That’s good to hear you are inclined towards Networking.
For Information: Certifications starts from basic to advanced level
Like
CCNA –> CCNP –> CCIE
Associate –> Professional –> Expert
Networking is divided into different domains, similar to you can go for engineering in different streams like Electronics, Computer ……. etc.
Networking Domains are: Routing & Switching, Voice, Security, Datacentre, Wireless
Routing & Switching is the basic one, which tells how network works ?
You can go ahead with Routing & Switching track.
For preparation:
First, read out Official Certification Guide Book
Secondly, for more understanding: Blog + Discussions+ Lab Practice is the best option.
